Réservations et paiements

These terms form the basis of all platform use and booking mediation. Transport Provider terms apply only where expressly agreed in writing by Red Carpet Transport. We aim to operate transparently so all parties understand their rights and obligations.
4. Mobile Applications
If you download our mobile application, additional end-user licence terms may apply. Any such application terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5. Booking Formation and Changes
When you submit a booking request, you may receive a provisional confirmation while we liaise with the Transport Provider. A binding transport contract is formed only when the provider accepts the booking and you receive final confirmation. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
6. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate journey details, arrive on time at the agreed pickup point, behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles, and comply with applicable laws. You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
8. Our Commitments
We strive to present accurate service information, facilitate reliable booking communication, and support clients with responsive assistance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability but work to maintain secure and dependable operations.
9. Pricing and Payment
Quoted prices depend on route, vehicle class, timing, and local market conditions. Corporate accounts may be subject to separate commercial terms. Promotional offers, where available, are governed by the specific promotion conditions displayed at booking.
10. Electronic Payments
Payments are processed through approved electronic payment methods. You authorise us or our payment partners to charge the selected method for confirmed bookings, including applicable fees, tolls, waiting time, or extras agreed in accordance with these terms.
11. Making a Booking
Please review pickup time, location, passenger count, luggage, and special requirements before confirming. Route estimates shown online are indicative; actual routes may vary at the chauffeur's discretion for safety, traffic, or road conditions.
12. Changes and Cancellations
Change and cancellation rights depend on the booking type, notice period, and provider availability. Fees may apply for late changes or no-shows. Specific cancellation windows are displayed during checkout or in your booking confirmation.
13. Service Modifications
We may modify platform features, vehicle availability, or operational processes to improve service quality, security, or compliance. If modifications materially affect an existing confirmed booking, we will endeavour to notify you promptly.
14. Meeting Your Chauffeur
For meet-and-greet services, please follow instructions in your confirmation. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, contact support immediately using the details provided in your booking email or account.
15. Airport Transfers
For airport pickups, provide accurate flight numbers and arrival details. Waiting time allowances vary by booking class and airport. Additional waiting charges may apply if free waiting periods are exceeded due to delays not attributable to the Transport Provider.
16. Luggage
Select a vehicle class suitable for your party and luggage volume. The Transport Provider may refuse unsafe or excess baggage that cannot be accommodated within vehicle capacity or legal limits.
17. Additional Passengers
Passenger numbers must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle class. Additional passengers may require a vehicle upgrade and price adjustment before travel commences.
18. Special Requests
Requests such as preferred language, refreshments, or multi-stop itineraries should be submitted during booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee every preference in all markets.
19. Child Passengers
Where child seats are required, notify us in advance so we can confirm availability with the Transport Provider. Local regulations regarding child restraint systems must be followed at all times.
20. Accessibility and Special Assistance
If you require wheelchair-accessible vehicles or other mobility assistance, contact us before booking so we can confirm suitable options in your city. We are committed to supporting inclusive travel wherever operationally feasible.
21. Late Bookings
Last-minute bookings are subject to real-time availability. We cannot guarantee immediate dispatch for urgent requests, especially during peak periods or in remote locations.
22. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
23. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms, subject to any mandatory arbitration clause below.
24. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a journey or platform experience, contact our support team promptly with your booking reference. We will review your case and coordinate with the relevant Transport Provider where appropriate.

All platform content, branding, software, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Red Carpet Transport Ltd. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
31. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Carpet Transport and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
32. Disputes and Arbitration
We encourage informal resolution before formal proceedings. Where permitted by law, disputes may be referred to arbitration or mediation under procedures agreed by the parties. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.
